Required Qualifications

• •Minimum 7-10 years of industrial, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance experience
• •Must be willing and able to participate in emergency call-in coverage, which may include late nights, weekends, holidays, and other unscheduled hours
• •Must be able to lift approximately 75 lbs
• •Must be able to work independently
• •Must be able to effectively work with others in a team environment
• •Must be able to properly assess hazards
• •Must be able to follow established safety procedures
• •Must be able to escalate conditions requiring additional technical or management support

• •Must be able to complete maintenance work orders and document repairs, preventive maintenance, equipment conditions, and required follow-up work through the company's maintenance management system
• •Must be able to communicate unresolved equipment or facility issues and provide clear shift-turnover information to Facilities/Maintenance management and other team members
• •Must be able to assist outside contractors and vendors as required
• •Must be able to support company safety, continuous improvement, 6S, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability initiatives
• •Must be able to respond to urgent facility or equipment issues outside of normally scheduled hours, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and facility shutdown periods
