Install hot water heaters, repair faucets and drains, and replace switches, receptacles, and wiring. Perform carpentry, flooring, and glass installations while managing plumbing and minor electrical repairs. Complete other duties as requested with strong attention to detail. Requires two years of maintenance experience, independent work capability, and English proficiency. Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with 24/7 on-call rotation. Required Qualifications
