Job Summary
Maintenance Materials Planner needed to support safe, efficient, and on-time maintenance by ensuring technicians have the right parts, tools, and materials. Partners with Maintenance, Supply Chain, and vendors to manage inventory flow, coordinate urgent material needs, and drive storeroom organization and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include ordering spare parts/tools, tracking purchase orders, resolving inventory discrepancies, maintaining labeled storeroom and proper storage for sensitive parts, implementing visual controls and 5S, improving accessibility for common items, coordinating with technicians on kits for PMs, maintaining CMMS/ERP records, and supporting cycle counts and inventory-management initiatives. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; onsite in Wichita Falls, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
