Job Summary
Respond to guest repair requests, perform plumbing tasks (unclog drains, plunge toilets, fix leaky spigots), minor repairs (toilet seats, light bulbs, patch holes), conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, and maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities. Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues while following safety procedures, uphold company policies, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Demonstrate teamwork and positive relations with colleagues, and perform other reasonable duties as assigned by Supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 2 years of related work experience
