Job Summary

Assist the Maintenance Team Lead with all aspects of maintenance procedures and activities, including preventative and corrective work on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, diagnose malfunctions, and implement solutions to minimize downtime. Maintain and repair custom equipment such as ovens and machining centers, manage work orders in the Visual/IQM system, and ensure accurate documentation. Perform facility infrastructure maintenance, groundkeeping, and equipment installation or movement as directed. Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Work Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm on-site in Greendale, Indiana, with potential for overtime.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong Electrical and mechanical aptitude
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

Desired Qualifications

  • Industrial Technology and Maintenance Certification or Equivalent work experience preferred
  • 2-3 years' experience in manufacturing environment preferred
