Job Summary
Lead, train, and develop the maintenance team to support 24/7 manufacturing operations while allocating resources and assigning work priorities. Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for CNC machines, stator/rotor production lines, and assembly equipment, overseeing troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ensure timely execution of planned shutdowns, equipment overhauls, and capital projects while maintaining plant infrastructure, utilities, and building facilities. Manage spare parts inventory, oversee calibration of measurement equipment, and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices. Monitor equipment performance, apply root cause analysis to reduce failures, and track KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards while supporting audits and maintaining accurate documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Maintenance Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline)
- 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- at least 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of CNC machines, assembly lines, and automated equipment
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Proven expertise in preventive, predictive, and reliability-based maintenance
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment
- Basic computer skills and familiar with MS Office Suite
