Job Summary
Oversee maintenance functions for the facility, including building utility systems, equipment maintenance, and building maintenance. Determine and coordinate the need for outside contractors while ensuring safety, environmental, work scope, and departmental objectives are met. Review and update maintenance workload and priorities with Planners, and work on long-term engineering solutions and continuous improvement projects. Collaborate with Area Managers on safety and equipment issues, attend management review meetings, and oversee MRO purchasing employee evaluations. Work with plant and corporate engineering on short-term projects and machine upgrades. Requires 5-8 years of experience in industrial maintenance repair and proficiency with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in industrial maintenance repair
- Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC skills
- Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC drawings
- Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills - MP2, Excel, Word, E-mail and Oracle
