MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager will lead all maintenance activities to keep equipment, vehicles, and facilities safe and efficient. Responsibilities include overseeing preventative maintenance programs, scheduling and documenting work, assigning and directing a maintenance team across multiple shifts, coordinating maintenance and repair of machinery and facility systems, managing spare parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space) and regulatory standards. The role emphasizes asset management, lifecycle planning, and continuous improvement using tools like the Fiix system, with a strong focus on safety, scalability of operations, and delivering reliable production support. The ideal candidate demonstrates hands-on leadership in an industrial or fleet environment, a proactive, organized approach, and the ability to balance daily operations with long-term maintenance planning while maintaining high standards of performance and efficiency. Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent training
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a heavy industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, mechanical systems, and general maintenance practices
- Deep understanding of heavy hydraulics, high-torque gearboxes, pneumatics, and high-wear material handling systems
- Industrial electrical systems (480V, 3-phase), PLC troubleshooting, and automated sensor calibration
- Proven track record of managing technical personnel, tracking KPIs, and driving a safety-first culture
- Experience with facility systems, machinery, and equipment
- Ability to document, track, and report maintenance activities effectively
- Proficiency with maintenance-related computer systems and planning
- Valid driver's license
