MAINTENANCE MANAGER

The Maintenance Manager will lead all maintenance activities to keep equipment, vehicles, and facilities safe and efficient. Responsibilities include overseeing preventative maintenance programs, scheduling and documenting work, assigning and directing a maintenance team across multiple shifts, coordinating maintenance and repair of machinery and facility systems, managing spare parts inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space) and regulatory standards. The role emphasizes asset management, lifecycle planning, and continuous improvement using tools like the Fiix system, with a strong focus on safety, scalability of operations, and delivering reliable production support. The ideal candidate demonstrates hands-on leadership in an industrial or fleet environment, a proactive, organized approach, and the ability to balance daily operations with long-term maintenance planning while maintaining high standards of performance and efficiency.
