Job Summary
Maintenance Manager at Vista Prairie at Eagle Pointe, a Senior Living Facility, responsible for overall management of building maintenance and grounds, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general repairs. Supervises maintenance staff and may assist with transportation of residents to appointments. Requires boiler operation license, valid driver’s license, Medical Card, and 5 years of building maintenance experience; on-call and weekend responsibilities; full-time schedule (M-F, 8am-5pm, with on-call and weekends as needed). Required Qualifications
- Must maintain a license for the operation and maintenance of boilers.
- Must have a valid non-restricted driver’s license, insurable under company policy and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
- Obtain a Medical Card to maintain ability to drive bus on a normal basis.
- 5 years of building maintenance experience, preferably with newly developed buildings.
