Job Summary
Oversee daily maintenance staff, delegate work orders and time-management tasks, inspect ongoing and completed work, handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and related service requests, mentor and train maintenance personnel, participate in interviewing and selecting new team members, provide written monthly energy-management recommendations, identify capital improvements and obtain estimates/bids, assist in maintenance budgeting, and maintain a proactive preventative maintenance program with a focus on service quality and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of supervisory experience leading a maintenance team
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances knowledge
- EPA Universal Certification or equivalent
- ability to mentor/train team
- experience in budget preparation and capital projects
- experience in energy management recommendations
