Job Summary

Monitor equipment OEE for inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and ensure all machines guards are functional while correcting unsafe conditions immediately. Troubleshoot major problems, implement the Ring Family Culture through daily employee engagement walks, and utilize active listening to resolve issues benefiting all staff. Schedule and coordinate downtime for preventative maintenance, maintain accurate CMMS records, and manage parts inventory within budget. Educate personnel on safe machinery operation, food safety protocols, and GMP compliance, ensuring all non-conforming equipment is removed from service. Direct employee work habits, coordinate TPM events, and communicate progress reports to management while maintaining a clean, organized shop environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Exertion: Medium Work – Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
