Job Summary
Oversee property maintenance, including service ticket completions, inspections, repairs, preventative maintenance, unit turns, and upkeep of apartments and common areas. Lead maintenance team recruiting, mentoring, and employee performance/compensation review processes while fostering a high-performance culture through clear expectations and accountability. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ADA, and Fair Housing regulations, monitor budgets, control inventory, and coordinate with vendors for capital projects. Provide emergency and on-call maintenance support as needed. Requires HVAC certification, strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to work flexible schedules including an on-call rotation. Located in Mission Mayfield Downs.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in multifamily maintenance or related field
- Leadership experience and ability to train and mentor staff
- HVAC certification
- Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including participation in an on-call rotation
- Over 75 lbs. Rare need
