Job Summary
Maintenance Manager at Hong Kong International Airport, T2 leads the site-based maintenance team and service-contract activities, coordinating with project teams, maintenance partners, and customers to drive reliability and performance of automated baggage/material handling systems. Responsible for prioritizing work, managing CMMS and spare parts, ensuring health & safety compliance, and coordinating maintenance activities to meet day-to-day operational needs. Requires strong leadership, expertise in automated systems, CMMS proficiency, stakeholder management, and a focus on continuous improvement to optimize downtime, costs, and overall system performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance management role
- Experience working with automated baggage handling or material handling systems is highly desirable
- Background in industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in automated systems and maintenance operations
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning tools
