Job Summary
Oversee efficient departmental operations and building maintenance for heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems at the Umpqua Indian Development Businesses of Exit 99. Provide services through facilities staff and contractors to ensure premises safety for guests, employees, and tenants. Supervise maintenance and repairs across the Seven Feathers Casino Resort and additional sites, while ensuring grounds remain clean and safe at all times. Train and supervise staff in maintenance, guest relations, and safety protocols. Manage supply and equipment stock for repairs and cleaning, and assist with remodeling and construction projects. Plan and implement daily through annual maintenance schedules. Requires a Class III Gaming License, valid Oregon Driver's License, and 4 to 5 years of facility experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC expertise.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Certificate
- 4 to 5 years maintenance/facility experience
- Analytical/mathematics skills
- Experience of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC air conditioning
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
- Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relations skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, and Word Etc.)
- Excellent service approach when dealing with guest and team members
- Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License
- Current and valid Oregon Drivers License with the ability to qualify for the UIDC Drivers Program
