Job Summary
Maintenance Manager responsible for leading the Maintenance Department to support safety, quality, and productivity goals. Responsibilities include programming, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC manufacturing equipment; maintaining and repairing equipment; diagnosing hardware/software problems via schematics; performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime; organizing maintenance data; promoting quality improvements; potential involvement in recruiting, training, evaluating, and promoting staff; leadership in attendance and change management.
Required Qualifications
- Post-high school education is required
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in machine repair and maintenance
- 1 to 3 years of experience managing people
- Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and control technology
- Welding
- Knowledge of safe equipment practices and applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Hazardous material handling procedures and practices
- Use of precision tools, measuring instruments, and other hand tools
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and other business software
