Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager responsible for tracking program open items, completing annual personnel performance appraisals and training objectives, determining staffing and development needs, supporting plant safety rules and ISO procedures, interviewing and selecting department personnel, developing project capital needs, ensuring safety and health codes are followed, improving manufacturing reliability through reduced downtime, managing expense accounts and procurement, supporting safety training and vendor interactions, leading safety evaluations, delivering ISO 9001 and ISO14001 compliance, and driving continuous improvement through preventative maintenance and records management.
