Job Summary
Lead site maintenance operations with a focus on safety, environmental compliance, reliability, cost control, and continuous improvement. Own and oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective programs to ensure safe, efficient plant asset operation. Analyze critical equipment and processes to identify downtime risks, develop maintenance strategies, and execute contingency plans. Establish and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs involving vibration analysis, lubrication, and condition-based monitoring. Develop strong partnerships with external contractors for routine maintenance, turnarounds, and annual inspections. Drive technical analysis of production processes to identify improvement opportunities and evaluate alternative technologies. Measure, track, and report maintenance KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, and schedule compliance to prioritize improvements. Lead investigations into equipment failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement design or procedural changes to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with operations, engineering, HSEQ, and supply chain teams to align maintenance strategies with production goals. Support capital projects by providing input on equipment selection and lifecycle costs. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, 6-10+ years in manufacturing, and experience in drilling operations. Valid Driver's License required.

- Experience in drilling operations and downhole equipment
