Job Summary
Energetic, hands-on Maintenance Manager leading a 24/7 manufacturing site. Responsible for maintenance and engineering strategy, safety culture, team development, and alignment with production goals. Drives preventive/predictive maintenance, optimizes uptime of packaging/automation equipment (robotics/PLCs), manages budgets/MRO/vendor relationships, and ensures GMP/compliance through audits and SOPs. Collaborates with Production, Quality, and Engineering to deliver reliable operations and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5–10 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
- At least 3 years in a leadership or management role in a production-driven setting
- Proven experience managing automation, high-speed packaging, and robotic equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills; PLC troubleshooting knowledge required
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing CMMS and preventive maintenance programs
