Job Summary
Maintain and lead site maintenance operations for a Canadian manufacturing facility in Mississauga, overseeing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across HVAC, boilers, electrical systems, and building infrastructure; supervise and develop maintenance personnel and contractors; implement CMMS and Predictive Maintenance programs; manage maintenance budgets and capital projects; ensure compliance with GMP/IFS, AIB, and health & safety policies; drive continuous improvement in reliability, safety, quality, and production efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; Licensed Millwright preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience implementing CMMS and predictive maintenance systems
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while meeting quality, schedule, and budget objectives
- Hands-on, high-energy leader with a proactive and results-driven approach
