Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Hands-on leadership role overseeing maintenance operations across mobile equipment, stationary systems, utilities, planning, and procurement. Leads a multi-disciplinary maintenance team across multiple shifts to drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. Manages preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance programs to ensure high equipment reliability; champions safety practices and maintains a proactive safety culture. Oversees maintenance planning, scheduling, and project execution for all plant equipment and infrastructure; monitors budgets and controls costs. Oversees spare parts purchasing andInventory levels, including min/max stock. Drives continuous improvement, problem resolution, and long-term maintenance strategies; serves as the escalation point for off-shift emergencies as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in maintenance or reliability
- 7+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in heavy industrial, mining, or similar environments
- Strong background with CMMS systems
