Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive maintenance or engineering leadership experience within hospitality, commercial, or related environments preferred
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial equipment, guest room systems, and facility infrastructure
- Experience overseeing preventative maintenance programs, work order systems, and facility inspections
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles if required
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
