Maintenance Manager

Supervises and coordinates the maintenance team responsible for the overall cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of resort properties in Steamboat Springs. Leads supervisors and maintenance staff in cleaning, painting, and structural repairs across buildings, grounds, common areas, and rental units; directs ground maintenance (snow removal, lawn care, hedges, weeds, leaves disposal); ensures safe, efficient operations; develops standard operating procedures, hires and trains staff, and manages work orders and scheduling. Maintains high quality standards, conducts weekly property inspections, collaborates with owners/guest communications, builds relationships with vendors, tracks time and production records, and utilizes Breezeway software for maintenance data. Requires ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; must have a valid driver's license.
