Job Summary
Establish maintenance schedules, direct mechanical and electrical repairs, and perform root cause analysis to reduce downtime. Manage the maintenance budget, oversee major equipment installations, and coordinate outside contractors while preparing and tracking activity funds. Develop standard methods and procedures for preventative and predictive maintenance, supervise employee performance, and hire candidates in collaboration with HR. Monitor reliability key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and foster a cooperative environment across all departments.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in maintenance
- 2 years manager level experience
- Demonstrate and share knowledge of mechanical systems
- Demonstrate and share knowledge of electrical
- Demonstrate and share knowledge of safety
- Demonstrate and share knowledge of preventative maintenance programs
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- 4 years related maintenance experience
- Must be able to work in various temperatures
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to travel domestically to and from multiple facilities or work-sites
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must wear PPE as required by facility
