Job Summary

Supervise maintenance staff to safely direct exterior and interior repairs while maintaining the property's operating budget and securing competitive bids. Process purchase orders and invoices to control costs, then review and prioritize work orders for timely completion and resident satisfaction. Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, implement preventative maintenance plans, and conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with fire, safety, and OSHA regulations. Liaise with the property manager, respond to maintenance emergencies, and mentor team members to enhance their skills. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
