Job Summary
Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of the property and grounds by directing maintenance staff and developing a skilled team of technicians. Maintain the operating budget, secure competitive bids, and process purchase orders to keep costs under control while reviewing and prioritizing work orders for timely completion. Troubleshoot repairs for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, liaise with the property manager on emergencies, and implement preventative maintenance plans. Conduct regular property inspections, ensure compliance with fire, safety, and OSHA regulations, and report employee injuries promptly. Actively mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training
- A minimum of one year of supervisory experience

- Must be able to see to perform inspections, read blueprints and schematics and read computer screens
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
