Job Summary
Coordinate with the Community Manager and Assistant Manager to increase net operating income by safely maintaining the property's exterior and interior within approved budget levels. Supervise maintenance staff, develop a skilled team of technicians, and prioritize work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction. Process purchase orders and invoices to control costs while securing competitive bids for supplies and services. Troubleshoot repairs for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, implement preventative maintenance plans, and conduct regular property inspections for code compliance. Liaise with the property manager to respond to emergencies and report employee injuries promptly. Actively mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
