Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of ten years manufacturing experience
- Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in maintenance and facility management
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- High level of maintenance orientation
- Effective communication skills
- Proven ability to manage people
- Demonstrated hands on approach
- Working knowledge of LEAN methodologies
- Knowledge of OSHA
- Working knowledge of various software applications such as SAP and Microsoft Office
