Job Summary
Maintenance Manager-Residential role overseeing the service operations for a multifamily community. Responsible for coordinating maintenance employees, preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring repairs and monthly preventive maintenance are completed to BH standards. Includes safety training delivery, OSHA and code compliance, inventory and budget monitoring, and supporting rehabilitation/construction projects. Oversees daily property and grounds inspections, ensures timely responses to resident requests, and shares on-call duties with the maintenance team. Requires strong leadership, independent judgment for scheduling, and a proactive approach to safety and quality in a on-site residential setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience
- EPA Core, Type I-A Appliances, Type II- HAVC, Certified Pool Operator
- High School diploma is a plus
- Ability to travel locally, overnight, in specific regions or states via automobile and airplane may be required
