Job Summary
Manage maintenance and repair processes for company assets while ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Implement continuous improvement strategies to minimize unscheduled downtime and optimize facility reliability using predictive maintenance technologies. Lead a team of experienced professionals through talent management, coaching, and performance decisions to achieve short- and long-term operational objectives. Develop long-term reliability plans, track maintenance costs, and contribute to capital planning processes to sustain facility results. Collaborate with operations to integrate maintenance services and champion cultural change focused on asset maintainability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate effectively within multiple levels of the organization to influence and build and maintain collaborative working partnerships
- Working knowledge of local and regional safety, health and environmental regulations
- Minimum of five years of related work experience in a food manufacturing plant
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing plant
Desired Qualifications
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Certified maintenance reliability professional (CMRP) certification
- Formal training in predictive maintenance technologies
