Job Summary
Re-Let Maintenance Manager in Bournemouth leads a ~35-person team to ready void properties for new tenants. Owns certifications (EPC, Gas, NIC, Asbestos) before handover, coordinates contractors, conducts pre- and final inspections, manages tenant expectations and deposits, resolves disputes, and prioritises re-let schedules. Oversees health & safety, quality, and compliance across property turnaround, reports to Head of Maintenance, and collaborates with Lettings Manager and councils. Role blends hands-on leadership with site/office management and requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, plus a full UK driving licence.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven experience in property maintenance or property management
- Ability to lead a large operational team
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety and maintenance best practices
