Job Summary
Maintenance Manager responsible for overseeing maintenance operations for production equipment and facility systems, developing maintenance strategies across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic domains, leading PM/repair programs, driving RCA for equipment issues, coordinating with Production/QA/Engineering/Sanitation, reviewing drawings and manuals, managing MES maintenance data, leading new equipment installation and CAPEX projects, managing spare parts and vendor contracts, ensuring OSHA/GMP/SQF/HACCP compliance, leading safety training (LOTO, Confined Space), supporting wastewater/utility systems, supervising maintenance staff, and driving cost reductions and continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5–8 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a Supervisor or Manager role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred; experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience managing maintenance operations within food manufacturing or FDA-regulated environments preferred.
- Knowledge of SQF, GMP, HACCP, OSHA regulations, and audit response experience preferred.
- Experience with boilers, HVAC, refrigeration, utility systems, and wastewater treatment systems preferred.
- Strong maintenance organization and personnel management skills.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, budgeting, and cost management skills.
- Must be able to travel as required.
- Must be available for weekends, night shifts, and emergency response situations.
- Bilingual in Korean is preferred
