Job Summary
Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance operations, drive preventive maintenance programs using CMMS tools, oversee electrical, mechanical, and automation systems, manage a maintenance team, plan capital projects, and collaborate with Engineering and Operations to improve equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food production
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
- Experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning tools
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and industry standards
