Job Summary
Lead the maintenance department at the Tonawanda, NY plant to deliver a world-class operation. Provide leadership and strategic direction for the production maintenance group, drive TPM and continuous improvement, ensure safety and food-safety compliance, manage capital budgets and projects, coach and develop maintenance technicians and coordinators, coordinate with engineering and vendors, and support site safety and quality initiatives. Requires interaction across plant floor, leadership, external support, and vendors; on-site First Shift with flexibility for additional shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
- Five years or more in a technical management or supervisory role within food manufacturing industry is required.
