Maintenance Manager (paid relocation)

Job Summary
Lead a maintenance team (supervisors, planners, millwrights, and electricians) to ensure reliability, uptime, and cost-effectiveness of Stock Prep equipment; provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in equipment maintenance; collaborate with Stock Prep operations to meet needs; manage all aspects of equipment and maintenance activities; develop and implement strategies to maximize asset reliability; support capital projects and major equipment repairs; oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs; apply reliability engineering principles and root-cause analysis to address issues; create training plans and coach hourly maintenance employees to enhance their skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or 5-10 years of progressive maintenance experience
- Strong leadership skills with excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), with SAP a plus
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling, preventive/predictive maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques
- Working knowledge of project management, industrial engineering, cost analysis, and employee relations
