Job Summary
Maintenance Manager on Duty responsible for keeping club and exercise equipment clean and well maintained; train staff; communicate operational issues to Maintenance Manager; assist with club-related projects (floor cleaning, high dusting, advanced equipment repair); inspect and repair equipment (cardio/strength, climate control, audio systems); manage cleaning supplies, inventory, and restocking; ensure sanitary environment and adherence to standards; collaborate with maintenance team and management; requires ability to use hand tools and cleaning equipment and strong communication and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications

- Experience with cleaning products
- Ability to organize work
