Maintenance Manager - NWA

Coordinate minor maintenance repairs such as light bulb and lock changes across six Northwest Arkansas locations, while managing vendor relationships for larger appliance and building projects. Assist with repair bids, schedule company vehicle maintenance, and inspect grounds for necessary fixes. Transfer inter-office mail daily, order branch supplies, and make maintenance recommendations to supervisors. Drive throughout the region to deliver items and shop for materials using a provided company vehicle and cell phone. Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy items, using ladders, and working with tools. Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
