Conduct preventative maintenance, regular inspections, and troubleshooting for single-family homes in Lake Tahoe, including appliance repair, cable/Wi-Fi fixes, basic HVAC, light plumbing, and electrical work. Quickly resolve owner-reported issues and prepare scope of work logs during inspection periods to identify future maintenance needs. Maintain market catalogs detailing equipment and systems for quick service, create preventative maintenance work orders, and schedule tasks according to turn days. Travel daily to perform various maintenance tasks while managing work orders on an online platform. This full-time salaried role offers $85,000 with a tools and vehicle stipend.
