Job Summary
Maintenance Manager at Gränges Americas Inc. overseeing the plant's maintenance programs and processes to ensure timely, effective production with minimal downtime; leads on-floor maintenance of current equipment, develops maintenance policies and facility upgrade designs, coordinates with management for preventative maintenance and new equipment installations, directs Maintenance Dept. operations to meet budgets and milestones, plans 1- to 5-year maintenance initiatives, staffs the department, ensures safety compliance, and represents core company values; requires 10+ years in manufacturing maintenance, people-management experience, proficiency with accounting, database, and manufacturing software, and strong time-management and organizational skills; travel to plant floor as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Experience in managing people
- Must have knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn accounting software; database software; manufacturing software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- The physical requirements to perform this job the employee is regularly required to stand the majority of the day; walk on the plant floor and talk or hear
- Travel as necessary
