Job Summary
Install, repair, and maintain car wash equipment while leading installation and upgrade projects across multiple sites on time and on budget. Manage parts inventory to ensure high-priority items remain in stock and own the preventive maintenance program, including scheduling, documentation, and accountability. Train site managers and techs to identify issues before they cause downtime and maintain clear communication with ops leadership. Travel between sites as needed to support operations and hold standards. This role supports Cheetah Clean's mission to deliver a fast, spotless wash by keeping the network running like clockwork through hands-on mechanical expertise and project leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with mechanical/industrial equipment
- Experience managing projects across multiple locations
- Strong inventory and vendor management skills
- Comfortable training others and holding them to a standard
- Sharp troubleshooting instincts and mechanical know-how
- Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to travel between sites as needed
- Comfortable operating power tools and equipment
- Able to lift, carry, and move equipment and parts
- Able to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
- Comfortable working near moving mechanical parts and climbing ladders/platforms as needed
