Job Summary
Maintenance Manager responsible for overseeing the maintenance department and staff, coordinating with the Operations Manager to schedule production projects, develop line-improvement initiatives, maintain CMMS records, manage budgeting and cost analysis for projects, and ensure on-time delivery within scope. Leads maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime, creates and preserves SOP documentation for facility maintenance and equipment operations, develops and implements projects for line improvements, tracks KPI data, maintains OEM contacts, oversees annual equipment overhauls, handles after-hours technical contacts, sequences packaging line changeovers, participates in food safety programs (HACCP, Food Defense, Crisis Management), and participates in trainings. Requires strong leadership across maintenance and engineering roles, scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and cross-functional communication at executive levels.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing large technical teams in a manufacturing setting
- Technical management experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, CMMS software, and MS Projects
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
