Job Summary
Maintenance Manager at the Rittman plant leads maintenance and reliability initiatives to achieve a reliability-based culture, supports the Zero Harm goal, oversees buildings/grounds, manages contractors, and provides data-driven recommendations to Process and Reliability Engineers. The role drives preventive and predictive maintenance programs, guides maintenance personnel, ensures effective troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, oversees PDM activities, and reports on budget variances. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (or 10+ years in maintenance), 5+ years in maintenance, and 1-2 years of maintenance manager/supervisor experience; strong MS Office skills with SAP experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field or at least 10 years in salary maintenance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance field
- 1-2 years maintenance manager / supervisor experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- SAP experience (Preferred)
- Knowledge of reliability concepts and maintenance strategies
