Maintenance Manager

Lead the Bradford Maintenance team and oversee all physical aspects of the plant, including electrical and mechanical systems, production equipment, utilities, and grounds. Create, schedule, and manage a preventive maintenance program using CMMS software to predict machinery failure and reduce costs. Plan and execute maintenance projects, evaluate job quality, and coordinate daily work assignments for electrical and mechanical operators. Procure materials, maintain inventory, and oversee equipment acquisition to maximize production efficiency. Conduct machinery analysis, participate in audits, and recommend facility modifications while ensuring compliance with policies. Troubleshoot mechanical problems as needed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
