Job Summary
Lead a 26-member maintenance team at a Denver plant as Maintenance Excellence Leader; drive maintenance excellence, data-driven downtime reduction, root-cause analysis, and implement KPIs to optimize performance. Oversee control systems and logic for high-speed equipment, mentor supervisors, and collaborate with Quality, Safety, HR, and Production to plan and execute repairs. Apply Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Continuous Improvement to sustain peak equipment performance and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in plant equipment maintenance (or engineering) within high-speed manufacturing.
- 3+ years of leadership experience, motivating and developing teams.
- Understanding of PLC and logic controls for high-speed equipment.
- Proven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience in Food/Beverage/Medical Devices/Pharmaceuticals/Consumer Packaged Goods or injection molding is a plus.
