Job Summary
Manage facilities and maintenance operations for a luxury apartment community. Oversees maintenance technicians and groundskeeper, prioritizes and executes work orders, maintains inventory, and handles emergency service calls on a rotational basis. Develops and implements preventative maintenance programs; builds and maintains vendor relationships; supports hosting resident events and strives to maintain customer satisfaction scores. Coordinates seasonal tasks (e.g., snow removal) and ensures safety and compliance with tools and equipment. Leads a maintenance team and collaborates with others to achieve results across office and project work. Required: High school degree or equivalent; HVAC certification (EPA 608); OSHA 10; 2+ years of residential apartment or facilities management experience; proven leadership of a maintenance team; valid driver's license. Willingness to operate company equipment (e.g., golf carts) and to work in varied environments with physical demands.
