Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Oversee all maintenance operations across properties, leading a team of technicians to ensure guest units, pools, and amenities are safe and functional. Lead and schedule daily work, track work orders through completion, and manage contractors for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool/spa systems. Hold team members accountable while supervising, training, and evaluating staff. Assist with ordering parts, manage inventory of tools and supplies, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules. Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed and ensure compliance with safety codes and property standards. Communicate effectively with dispatch, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and owners. Requires 4+ years of maintenance experience in hospitality, a valid driver's license, and availability for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of maintenance experience, ideally in hospitality, vacation rentals, or property management
- 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair systems
- Ability to use maintenance/work-order software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize under pressure
- Valid driver's license
- Availability for emergency response
- Including some weekends and holidays
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC or trade certifications a plus
