Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Direct maintenance hourly employees and subcontractors to meet short- and long-range objectives with optimum efficiency. Plan maintenance and capital budgets through identification of plant opportunities. Drive reliability improvements and KPI tracking to optimize plant productivity, while ensuring regulatory and EH&S compliance (FSMA and current GMPs). Lead and develop the maintenance team, coordinate outages, manage equipment status and failures, and ensure execution of project standards. Foster cross-functional communication, manage contractors, and champion a proactive asset-management culture with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field or demonstrated skills/experience in the field is desired
- Master’s degree is a plus
- 5 to 7 years maintenance leadership experience in a fast-paced heavy manufacturing/mining environment is desired
