Job Summary
Maintenance Manager for a long-standing commercial landscape/irrigation construction company responsible for leading a team, driving efficiency and profitability, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key duties include working with the Controller to track branch performance, inspecting client properties for quality, accurately estimating jobs, developing long-term client communications, coordinating service teams, budgeting new sales goals for the division, collaborating with business developers to meet goals, identifying prospects, developing annual budgets, ensuring proper contract execution and timely billing, and enforcing safety and asset-care practices while guiding staff development and growth plans.
