Job Summary
Maintenance Manager responsible for end-to-end maintenance and Tool Room supervision in a high-volume metals manufacturing setting. This role overseeing sintering, presses, ovens, and machining, with emphasis on implementing a Preventive Maintenance Program and supervising maintenance personnel to manage costs. The ideal candidate will lead tool-room supervision and personnel, drive cost-control initiatives, and collaborate with executive management. The position emphasizes strong leadership in a high-volume, component-manufacturing environment and experience with PM program setup and personnel supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Proven Maintenance Management skills in high-volume component manufacturing
- Experience with setting up and implementing a Preventive Maintenance Program
- Supervision of Tool Room
- Experience managing personnel very helpful
