Job Summary
Maintenance Manager and Site Leader responsible for full ownership of maintenance and reliability at a global chemical manufacturing site. Lead a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs; ensure CMMS effectiveness; drive asset reliability, root cause analyses, and long-term fixes; collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS; maintain OSHA/API/ASME/ISO compliance; mentor the maintenance and reliability team and lead capital projects and design reviews; operate on-site in Baltimore, MD with a senior/director-level leadership scope.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years in industrial or manufacturing
- CMMS proficiency
- reliability systems expertise
- asset lifecycle management
- strong mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation knowledge
