Job Summary
Maintenance Manager overseeing the maintenance and groundskeeping departments; supervises staff, plans and assigns tasks, manages inventory and work orders, controls costs within budget, enforces safety standards, collaborates with management on budgets and payroll projections, schedules daily/weekly activity logs, coordinates with property vendors, and prepares reports on maintenance needs. Requires strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills; travel may be required for meetings and trainings; on-site role at Bonita Springs, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years general experience in building trades, repair and replacement maintenance or handy work.
- Experience in supervising team members.
- Must have the ability to drive for work purposes.
- Must be available for emergency calls.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
